Music Therapy's title is a nod to Owen's undergraduate study of Psychology and Music. Several years in the making, Music Therapy is a collection of both vocal and instrumental compositions, encapsulating time spent in Germany, College Projects, post-COVID compositions, and more. 

The album covers all sorts of stylistic ground, from the opening ballad "House", the dark funk roots of "Descent", the EDM foundation for "Hallesches Tor", an avante-garde and open-ended psychedelic journey of "Mind's Eye", to the classically-inspired string-backed "Grey Skies". There is truly something for all listeners.
